It's official. Our wait has now passed my original worst-case scenario. When we first started this process in July 2005, I would have never guessed that our wait would pass 18 months... but you know what happens to the best laid plans!Still, time marches on and each day that passes brings us one day closer. Sometimes - like when I think about all the preparations left to be done - it feels practically imminent!
